What level are you respcing at? 70? For the most part, it's a very good build. Lightwell isalled Lolwell for a reason. It's about the worst ple youran put the point. Don't try rationalizing it as worth it inertain situations either - it's not. The only time Ian see it being marginally useful is fights where
the raid shouldn't be taking any environmentalAoE damage anywho. Mental Strength is only good in PvP and 5-mans. By the time you get to heros and raids, theleaasting and extra healing from EmpHealing by far lses that minuule amount of mana. leaastingombined with Inner Fusan potentially get in multle tks of spirit regen - and oneC pr in and of
itself gives bk almost as mh mana than 5 points in Mental Strength! So, I'd take a build something like this. ile of Healing only really bomes powerful oe you get into TK, S, to some extent Mag, and Netherspite, at whh points you're taking more and more raid-wide damage (essentially every trash pull until Void Reaver, at least, in The Eye). Until then, the previous build will suffe. If you get into TKS, I'd suggest something more along the lines of this, grabbingile of Healing and Spell Warding, to rede some of the AoE damage you take, sie you'll be taking spell damage in almost every single fight. Spell Warding is the one talent that's really debated as useful or not; if you don't feel it's worth it, stk those points in Healing Prayers, Absolution, andor Mental Agility.
I agree generally with Isfreak, but I have some spif disagreements. For the first build, the 23 Di 38 Holy, I view the points in Imp. Shield and Martyrdom as wasted. They're good in PvP, but not good in raid healing. You don't
use Shield so mh, and if you getrit in raids you've probably just been turned into a puddle of goo. I would put the points into Silent Resolve instead. There are a fair number of aggro-sensitive fights, and pulling aggro as a healer is terrifally bad. Same sort of deal with the sond build. I would prefer Silent Resolve over Imp Shield. The Spell Warding is an interestinghoe, but I personally would prefer Healing Prayers andor Mental Agility. Mental Agility is espially good if you plan to tually useoH a lot. Absolution is not as good as either of those talents. It's a more signifant return for a lowerost, but raid fights of late have dramatally aled down the Dispelinguring Disease requirements. Absolution is mh less useful than either MA or HP. Agree with Isfreak's opinion on Mental Strength. Mental Strength is NOT worth it unless you go all the way and get Power Infusion. In raid fights, the vast majority of your mana is from regeneration; the size of your starting pool is not nearly as important. Here's the deal with
these two builds. I've done the math in a previous thread to illustrate that Improved Divine Spirit adds more to a 10-man raid (and mh MH more to a 25-man raid) than Empowered Healing. Spcingile of Healing is fine... IF you've got suffient priests toover Improved Divine Spirit. Sh is the situation with my guild.ile of Healing is a dent talent that
definitely has its uses; rently we had a priest sp into it. The reason he was able to is bause we always have another priest in the raid to handle IDS. Divine Spirit and IDS add more to a raid overall; but if that isovered, then by all means getoH. After all, multle priests with IDS don't get to stk it.
